Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LOCXAI ("the Service"), operated by EPAIFA GENERAL TRADING L.L.C, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade Licence No. 1381714). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What the Service does
LOCXAI generates short marketing videos for physical stores. You supply information about your store and photos or videos of it; the Service uses AI models to produce edited videos, optionally in several languages.
The Service is for businesses. It is not offered to consumers, and not to anyone under 18.
2. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password secure and controlling who in your organisation has access. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Provide accurate information. We may suspend an account whose store details are knowingly false, because the videos we generate state those details to the public.
3. Credits and payment
The Service is paid for with credits.
- Prices and the credit cost of each action are shown in the app before you confirm. The amount shown on the confirmation page is the amount charged.
- Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Nothing is added at checkout.
- Credits are deducted when you confirm a job.
- Credits have no cash value outside the Service and are not transferable between accounts.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
We may change prices. A change never applies retroactively to a quote you have already been shown; if the price table changes while a quote is open, we ask you to confirm again rather than charging the new price silently.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload — store photos, videos, menus, descriptions.
You grant us the licence needed to run the Service on that material: to store it, process it, send it to the AI providers we use to generate your videos, and produce the output you asked for. This licence exists to deliver the Service to you and ends when you delete the material, subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload. Specifically:
- You own or are licensed to use the images and video.
- Any person recognisable in the material has consented to its use in marketing.
- The material does not infringe anyone's rights.
Faces and voices. If you use the digital-presenter or voice features with a real person's likeness or voice, that person must have given explicit, separate consent, and you must be able to evidence it. This is stricter than the rule for ordinary photos because biometric data is treated as sensitive personal information in the UAE, China, Thailand and Vietnam alike. Consent can be withdrawn; when it is, we delete the derived models and stop using them.
5. Generated videos
Ownership. Videos generated for you are yours to use commercially.
They are AI-generated, and labelled as such. Output carries an AI-generated marking where required by the platforms you publish to or by applicable law. Do not remove it.
They are not guaranteed to be accurate. AI models produce plausible content, not verified content. Prices, opening hours, dish names and claims about your store come from what you provide, and the model can still phrase them in ways you did not intend. Review every video before publishing it. You are responsible for what you publish, including its compliance with advertising law in the market you publish to.
They are not unique. Videos are built from shared templates. Another merchant's video may follow the same structure. We rotate templates to reduce this, but we do not promise that your video is one of a kind.
6. What you may not do
- Upload material you do not have the rights to.
- Use someone's face or voice without their consent.
- Generate content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or that advertises a business you do not operate.
- Resell the Service or access it automatically at a scale that degrades it for others.
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer or retrain on the underlying models.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is serious — for example generating videos for a store you have no connection to — we may do so without notice.
7. Third-party AI providers
The Service depends on external AI providers for generation, voice and related capability. Which provider handles a given request can change, and material may be processed outside the country where you or we are located. The Privacy Policy describes what is transferred and on what basis.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Generation capacity depends on third-party providers and can be constrained. Planned maintenance is announced in the app where practical.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that generated videos will achieve any commercial result.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost customers.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

1. 本服务做什么
LOCXAI 为实体门店生成短视频。你提供门店信息和门店的照片、视频，本服务用 AI 模型产出 成片，可选多语种版本。
本服务面向企业，不面向消费者，不面向未满 18 周岁者。
2. 你的账号
你对账号下发生的一切负责，包括妥善保管密码、控制组织内谁可以访问。若怀疑账号被盗用， 请及时告知我们。
请提供真实信息。若门店信息明知为虚假，我们可能暂停账号——因为我们生成的视频会把这些 信息公开讲给消费者。
3. 积分与付费
本服务以积分计费。
- 价格与每个动作消耗的积分在你确认前于应用内展示。确认页展示的金额就是实扣金额。
- 展示价格已包含适用税费，结账时不会另行加收。
- 确认任务时扣除积分。
- 积分在本服务之外没有现金价值，不可在账号之间转让。
- 支付由第三方支付服务商处理，我们不接收、不存储你的完整卡号信息。
- 退款适用《退款政策》。
我们可能调整价格。调价不会追溯适用于已向你展示的报价；若报价有效期内价目表发生变更， 我们会请你重新确认，而不会按新价静默扣费。
4. 你的内容
你上传的一切——门店照片、视频、菜单、描述——所有权仍归你。
你授予我们运行本服务所必需的许可：存储、处理这些素材，将其发送给我们用于生成视频的 AI 服务商，并产出你要的成片。该许可仅为向你交付服务而存在，在你删除素材时终止，保留期限 见《隐私政策》。
你确认你有权上传所上传的内容，具体包括：
- 你拥有这些图片和视频，或已获得使用许可。
- 素材中可识别的自然人已同意将其用于营销。
- 素材不侵犯任何人的权利。
关于人脸与声音。 如果你使用数字人或音色功能，涉及真实自然人的肖像或声音，该自然人 必须单独作出明示同意，且你需能够提供证据。这条比普通照片更严格，因为生物识别信息在 阿联酋、中国、泰国、越南均被列为敏感个人信息。同意可以撤回；撤回后我们会删除相应的 派生模型并停止使用。
5. 生成的视频
归属。 为你生成的视频归你所有，可用于商业用途。
它们是 AI 生成的，并会被标识。 成片会按发布平台或适用法律的要求带有 AI 生成标识， 请勿去除。
它们不保证内容准确。 AI 模型产出的是看起来合理的内容，不是经过核实的内容。价格、 营业时间、菜品名称以及关于门店的表述均来自你提供的信息，模型仍可能以你并不想要的方式 表达。发布前请逐条审核。 你对自己发布的内容负责，包括其是否符合发布地的广告法规。
它们不是独一无二的。 视频基于共享模板生成，其他商家的视频可能采用相同结构。我们会 轮换模板以降低雷同度，但不承诺你的视频独一无二。
6. 禁止行为
- 上传你无权使用的素材。
- 未经本人同意使用他人的肖像或声音。
- 生成违法、具有欺骗性、诽谤性的内容，或为你并不经营的门店做广告。
- 转售本服务，或以影响他人正常使用的规模进行自动化访问。
- 试图提取、逆向工程底层模型，或用其输出再训练模型。
违反上述规则的账号可能被暂停或终止。情节严重的——例如为与你毫无关系的门店生成视频—— 我们可不经通知即行处理。
7. 第三方 AI 服务商
本服务的生成、配音等能力依赖外部 AI 服务商。具体由哪家处理某次请求可能变化，素材可能 在你或我们所在国家之外被处理。传输的内容及其依据见《隐私政策》。
8. 可用性
我们尽力保持服务运行，但不保证不间断可用。生成产能依赖第三方服务商，可能受限。计划内 维护会尽可能在应用内提前公告。
9. 责任限制
在法律允许的范围内：
- 本服务按现状提供。我们不保证生成的视频能带来任何商业效果。
- 我们不对间接损失或后果性损失负责，包括利润损失、客户流失。
- 我们对任何索赔的责任总额，以索赔发生前三个月内你向我们支付的金额为限。
本条不排除依法不能排除的责任。
10. 条款变更
我们可能更新本条款。重大变更会在生效前于应用内公告。变更生效后你继续使用即视为接受。
11. 适用法律
本条款适用阿拉伯联合酋长国法律（以迪拜酋长国适用者为准）。争议由迪拜法院专属管辖。
