What a video costs in credits
Credits are spent per video, at a fixed published rate. Nothing is metered, and there are no overage charges — if your balance is short, you top up.

Currencies
USD and CNY are listed as separate prices, not converted at an exchange rate. You are charged in the currency you selected.
Taxes
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. The price shown is the total amount charged.
Validity
Credits are valid for 6 months from purchase. We notify you 7 days and 1 day before a batch expires.
Refunds
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Full terms in the Refund Policy.
Payment and delivery
Payment is processed by our payment provider. Credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within seconds; some local payment methods settle asynchronously and take longer to confirm. Nothing is shipped: LOCXAI is a digital service and finished videos are downloaded from your account. See the Delivery Policy.
