Buy credits, spend them on videos
There is no subscription and no monthly fee. You buy a pack of credits up front and spend them when you generate a video. All prices below include any applicable taxes — the price shown is the total amount charged, and nothing is added at checkout.
Each currency is its own price, charged as shown — not converted at checkout.
$49.90
1,800 credits
- 18 or more finished videos
- $2.77 per video
- Valid for 6 months
- All languages and templates included
- Suited to one busy store or 2–3 branches
$99.90
4,000 credits
- 40 or more finished videos
- $2.50 per video
- Valid for 6 months
- All languages and templates included
- Suited to a small chain
Not a whole pack? 100 credits for $3.90 — enough for one video, for topping up a small shortfall. The per-video price matches the larger packs, so there is no second pricing scheme.
What a video costs in credits
Credits are spent per video, at a fixed published rate. Nothing is metered, and there are no overage charges — if your balance is short, you top up.
| Action | Credits | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| One 15-second finished video | 100 | Voiceover, subtitles, music and on-screen text included |
| Each additional language in the same job | 60 | Visuals are reused; script, voice and subtitles are new |
| Browsing templates, drafting and editing scripts | 0 | Free — you are only charged when you confirm generation |
| A generation that fails, and our internal retries | 0 | Credits return to your balance automatically |
Example: a job in English and Thai costs 100 + 60 = 160 credits and produces two finished videos.
Terms that apply to every pack
Currencies
USD, CNY, VND, AED and SAR are listed as separate prices, not converted at an exchange rate. You are charged in the currency you selected.
Taxes
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. The price shown is the total amount charged.
Validity
Credits are valid for 6 months from purchase. We notify you 7 days and 1 day before a batch expires.
Refunds
Credits are non-refundable once bought; a failed generation returns them to your balance. Full terms in the Refund Policy.
Payment and delivery
Payment is processed by our payment provider. Credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within seconds; some local payment methods settle asynchronously and take longer to confirm. Nothing is shipped: LOCXAI is a digital service and finished videos are downloaded from your account. See the Delivery Policy.
