Acceptable Use Policy

LOCXAI generates marketing videos for food-and-beverage businesses. Generative tools can be misused, so this policy states plainly what the Service may be used for, what it may never be used for, and the controls we run to enforce that. It expands on §4 and §6 of the Terms of Service and forms part of them.

1. What LOCXAI is for

Promoting a real business that you own or are authorised to market: your dishes, your storefront, your offers, your opening hours. Nothing else is an intended use.

2. Prohibited uses

Other people's identity

• Generating a video that uses a real person's face, voice or likeness without that person's explicit, separate and documented consent.
• Depicting a real, identifiable person saying or doing something they did not say or do, whatever the intent — including satire, "obvious" parody and internal testing.
• Using a public figure's likeness or voice in any form.

Other people's business

• Advertising a store, brand or product you do not operate or represent.
• Passing off another business's premises, dishes or footage as your own.
• Impersonating a platform, delivery service, government body or payment provider.

Deceptive or unlawful content

• Prices, discounts, awards, certifications or health claims that are not true.
• Content that is illegal where it is published, defamatory, harassing, or intended to mislead consumers.
• Anything sexual, violent, hateful, or involving minors in any sexualised or exploitative context.
• Content promoting goods that cannot lawfully be advertised in the target market.

Abuse of the Service

• Reselling access, sharing credentials, or automating access at a scale that degrades the Service for others.
• Attempting to extract, reverse-engineer or retrain on the underlying models.
• Uploading malware, or using the Service to launder payments or test stolen payment credentials.

3. Consent for faces and voices

Digital presenters and voice cloning are the highest-risk features we offer, and they are gated accordingly.

• Consent must be explicit, separate and specific to this use — a general employment contract or a model release for photography is not enough.
• You must be able to produce evidence of that consent on request.
• Consent is withdrawable. When a person withdraws it, tell us; we delete the derived voice and presenter models and stop generating with them.
• We verify consent records before enabling these features on an account, and material containing an unverified face is routed away from generative models rather than generated with.

Biometric data is sensitive personal information under the laws of the UAE, China, Thailand and Vietnam alike. The stricter standard above is what those regimes require, not a courtesy.

4. How we enforce this

• Before generation — uploaded material is screened; jobs whose content or prompt violates this policy are refused rather than generated.
• During generation — automated checks run on the output, including text accuracy checks on any on-screen price or claim we render.
• After generation — a proportion of output is reviewed by a person, and any report we receive is reviewed by a person.
• Reports — anyone can report misuse to support@locxai.com. Reports naming a specific video or account are investigated within 3 business days.

We do not monitor every video, and these controls are not a guarantee. The responsibility for what you publish remains yours.

5. Consequences

Depending on severity, we may refuse a job, remove generated output, suspend generation on the account, or terminate the account. Serious breaches — using a real person's likeness without consent, advertising a business you have no connection to, fraud — result in termination without notice, and we report unlawful conduct to the relevant authority where we are required to.

Termination for a breach of this policy does not entitle you to a refund of credits already consumed. Unused credits are handled under the Refund Policy.

LOCXAI 为餐饮商家生成营销视频。生成式工具存在被滥用的可能，因此本政策明确写清： 本服务可以用来做什么、绝对不可以用来做什么，以及我们用哪些手段来确保这一点。本政策是 服务条款 §4 与 §6 的展开，构成服务条款的一部分。

1. LOCXAI 的用途

宣传你自己经营、或获授权代为营销的真实门店：你的菜品、你的门面、你的优惠、你的营业 时间。除此之外没有其他预期用途。

2. 禁止的使用

他人的身份

• 未取得当事人明确、单独且有据可查的同意，生成使用其面孔、声音或形象的视频。
• 让真实且可辨识的人物说出或做出其从未说过、做过的事——无论出于何种目的，包括调侃、 「一看就是玩笑」的模仿，以及内部测试。
• 以任何形式使用公众人物的形象或声音。

他人的生意

• 为你并不经营、也无权代表的门店、品牌或商品做广告。
• 把别家的店面、菜品或素材冒充成自己的。
• 假冒平台、外卖服务、政府机构或支付服务商。

欺骗性或违法内容

• 不真实的价格、折扣、奖项、资质或健康功效宣称。
• 在发布地属于违法的内容，诽谤、骚扰，或意在误导消费者的内容。
• 色情、暴力、仇恨内容，以及任何将未成年人置于性化或剥削情境中的内容。
• 宣传在目标市场不得合法广告的商品。

滥用服务

• 转售访问权限、共享账号凭据，或以影响他人使用的规模自动化调用。
• 试图提取、逆向或用于再训练底层模型。
• 上传恶意程序，或利用本服务洗钱、测试盗刷的支付凭据。

3. 面孔与声音的授权

数字人与声音克隆是我们提供的风险最高的能力，因此设有相应门槛。

• 同意必须是明确的、单独的、针对本次用途的——一份普通劳动合同或摄影肖像授权 不算数。
• 我们要求时，你需要能提供该同意的证据。
• 同意可以撤回。当事人撤回时请告知我们，我们会删除由此派生的声音与数字人模型并 停止使用。
• 启用这两项能力前我们会核验同意材料；含未经核验面孔的素材会被引导至不进生成模型 的处理路径，而不是照常生成。

生物识别信息在阿联酋、中国、泰国与越南同属敏感个人信息。上述更严格的标准是这些法域的 要求，不是我们的额外客气。

4. 我们如何执行

• 生成前 —— 对上传素材做筛查；内容或指令违反本政策的任务直接拒绝，不予生成。
• 生成中 —— 对产出运行自动校验，包括对画面上出现的价格与宣称做文本准确性核对。
• 生成后 —— 按比例进行人工复核；收到的举报一律由人工处理。
• 举报 —— 任何人都可以向 support@locxai.com 举报滥用。指明具体视频或账号的举报， 我们在 3 个工作日内核查。

我们不会逐条审查每一个视频，上述手段也不构成保证。你发布的内容，责任仍在你。

5. 后果

视严重程度，我们可能拒绝某个任务、下架已生成的产出、暂停账号的生成能力，或终止账号。 严重违规——未经同意使用真人形象、为毫无关联的门店做广告、欺诈——立即终止且不另行 通知；对违法行为，在法律要求时我们会向相应主管机关报告。

因违反本政策被终止的，已消耗的积分不予退还。未使用的积分按退款政策处理。
