LOCXAI is a digital service. Nothing is shipped; there is no physical product, no courier, and no delivery address.

1. What you receive, and when

Credits — added to your account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. This is usually within seconds. If the provider takes longer to confirm (some local payment methods settle asynchronously), the credits appear once we receive that confirmation.

Videos — generated after you confirm a job in the app. A single video is typically ready within about 15 minutes. A job covering several languages produces one video per language, and they may finish at different times; each becomes available as it completes.

Some videos are held for a quality check before release. This is uncommon, and it adds to the time above rather than replacing it.

2. How you receive it

Finished videos are available for download inside your LOCXAI account. You will be notified in the app when a video is ready.

There is no email attachment, no physical media, and no separate delivery step you need to take.

3. If it takes longer than expected

Generation depends on external AI providers and can be delayed by their capacity. If a video has not completed within 24 hours of confirmation, contact support@locxai.com with your job reference.

If generation fails, the credits for that video return to your balance automatically — you are not charged for something we did not deliver. See the Refund Policy.

4. Service availability

The service is available to merchants worldwide, subject to the Terms of Service. Video output languages are limited to those offered in the app.

LOCXAI 是数字服务。不涉及任何实物发货，没有实体商品、没有快递、也不需要收货地址。

1. 你会拿到什么，多久拿到

积分 —— 支付服务商确认支付成功后即刻计入账户余额，通常在数秒内完成。部分本地支付 方式是异步结算的，确认较慢，积分会在我们收到确认后到账。

视频 —— 在应用内确认任务后开始生成。单条视频通常约 15 分钟内可用。多语种任务每个 语种产出一条视频，各条完成时间可能不同，完成一条即可用一条。

少数视频在放出前会进入质量复核。这种情况不常见，复核时间是在上述时长之外额外增加的。

2. 如何交付

生成完成的视频在你的 LOCXAI 账户内下载。视频就绪时应用内会通知你。

没有邮件附件、没有实体介质，也不需要你额外做任何领取动作。

3. 超时怎么办

生成依赖外部 AI 服务商，可能因其产能而延迟。如果确认任务后 24 小时仍未完成，请联系 support@locxai.com 并提供任务编号。

生成失败的，该条视频的积分会自动退回余额——我们不会为没有交付的东西收费。详见退款政策。

4. 服务范围

面向全球商家开放，具体以服务条款为准。视频的可选语种以应用内提供的为准。
